Rooted in the Rock is a Christ centered yoga studio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. First classes began December, 2017. Scripture is used to help set the focus and intention for each class. A verse or passage from God's word is used as our meditation throughout the practice.
We offer Power Flow, Beginner, Slow Flow and Restorative classes. (See CLASSES for full descriptions and details.)

It should deduct the $15 from session.

Long time resident of Baton Rouge, Cindy Corie has complete 700 hours of Holy Yoga training and is a Certified Holy Yoga Instructor. Her desire is to bring the Peace of Jesus to others by bringing peace and healing to the body and mind through scripture meditation, breath work and movement.
