Service Description

Same Class as the 5:00 PM Sunday Class Starting off with a Gentle Flow to help warm up your muscles so that we can stretch them gently resting in Restorative poses resetting the body for the week to come. Refocusing the mind from the prior week centering back on Christ and your relationship with Him. Location: 11325 PENNYWOOD AVE. High School and College Student plan available.
